"Very unsafe. Not monitored and zero security. We walked in not greeted by anyone and found our own way to the "desk" to pay. Many creepy people attending. Run down home, horrible ventilation- super hot rooms. No one cleaning anything from bathrooms to play rooms. Hardly anyone attractive. This place should be shut down."

"This place is very welcoming the people are great and the volunteers are friendly. Its couples and single females only so this is great for a 1st time couple. The crowd has some decent diversity as well so if thats scaring you off don't be worried come and have a good time. We've never dealt with a pushy or rude person in the 6 or so months we've been going The best part is Toms burgers during the pool party. WARNING WARNING if you get sleepy after a big meal if you plan on participating in any shenanigans do it before you eat that burger because you're going to be a zombie after"
