"We booked this hotel because it was cheap and in a convenient location. The photos online looked nice but we quickly realized it was not a nice place. Only one elevator was working and after waiting a while we decided to go up the stairs. We had to haul all our luggage up the stairs in a very dirty and stinky stairwell. We got to the room and it was pretty gross. The whole floor including our room smelled like marijuana even though we booked a non-smoking room. The AC was extremely loud and the ice machine on our floor did not work. There was no security latch on the door so we did not feel safe. The elevator buttons on our floor and the floor below did not work either, so we ended up taking the stairs the whole time. We didn’t last more than 10 minutes before deciding to cancel and go somewhere else. Luckily the staff was nice and let us cancel both nights we had booked and we didn’t mind paying a little more to stay in a nicer place. Would not recommend."
"I’m very well traveled, and I have to say this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. First, I understand people stay here because it’s cheap. That’s a lie it’s incredibly overpriced. The resort fee is ridiculous, especially when the pool is closed and so are most of the restaurants. The entire hotel is very outdated Dingy and sad looking. Every single time, I kid you not, I walked into the casino that you have to go through to get out the front door, there was either a fight, people passed out on the floor from being over served or a police officer, taking somebody’s statement from an incident that occurred that I was lucky enough not to Witness. Moving on the rooms I understand that you can smoke in the casino, but the entire hotel smells like cigarettes including the rooms. I myself I’m a smoker, but it was so bad. I was nauseous the entire time I stayed there. Calling those rooms non-smoking is a laughing stock. When I walked into the room, I was greeted by a blood stain on our floor and dust and grime covering every single inch of the room. There were hairs in the bed and I don’t think the floor has ever been vacuumed. The room was very outdated and dirty. On the second day, my 80-year-old grandmother went to take the elevator downstairs when her and numerous other guests were stuck in the elevator. When they were finally able to get out of the elevator on the fifth floor, they had to take the stairs down on the second floor the stairs were blocked and they couldn’t get down. I believe this is a horrendous fire hazard. Numerous other guests that I spoke to also complained about how disgusting and dirty their rooms were. On the second night at 8 o’clock, I asked the front desk If I could have some clean towels They told me someone would bring it up to the room. Two hours later I called down because I still hadn’t gotten the Towels, Finally 30 minutes later, somebody brought the towels up. Also, if you want a room with a fridge and microwave it’s an extra $28 a night Another surprise fee not included in the resort fee. If we hadn’t been in a pinch being In Vegas for a wedding we absolutely would’ve tried to find a new hotel. Do yourself a favor don’t let your vacation be ruined spend the little extra money to stay somewhere, Anywhere else. If I could give this place, zero stars, I would. No solution to any of these problems was offered by the hotel staff."
"Before I go into a long list of issues let me start by saying there was a hypodermic needle wrapped in toilet paper under our sink. I’ll let you process that for a minute. Fortunately for you and us our child didn’t find it first. Your front desk didn’t seem to think it was urgent and finally sent security up to get it. As far as the rest of the experience here is a list: 1. Ceilings are covered in dirt because the air conditioner filters aren’t clean. 2. Black mold around tub 3. Little flies flew out of the drain every time we turned on the water. 4. The vent in the bathroom led to the next room and you could see inside their bathroom. Wet were actually talking to the other guests and put a towel in the vent. 5. The toilet leaked all over the floor…. Maintenance was called on Friday and still hadn’t fixed it on Tuesday. 6. Windows were so dirty you couldn’t see out of them 7. Elevators broke down 3 times 8. Tables in room were covered in food. 9. Floors haven’t been deep cleaned in years. We asked to talk to the manager and was refused and they gave us a credit of $90. That’s an insult when you realize how’s much we paid for this disgusting experience. Your company raised rates to $400+ a night (which I understand because of the Superbowl) but nobody should be expected to pay for this experience. Please let me know who I need to speak to about this. I have documentation (pictures) if you’d like to see them."
"Awful hotel. The staff are so rude and unhelpful. We paid extra for a room with a microwave and it had a huge cigarette burn in the front. We told reception 4 times, never replaced. I left something in the room and called everyday for a week to see if they had found it. They kept lying saying they hadn't yet someone else would confirm the room hadn't been checked/cleaned. Just awful awful staff. Super dated. Hooters leave a long queue out the front when every table is free inside. Stay somewhere else, there is a reason it's cheap."
"A coupon in the Last Vegas Advisor brought us in and we actually had a good time. Good bar with sports playing.. not the fanciest place but the bartender was very attentive and eager to please. He was kicking out some delicious looking drinks with a smile. They do have poker machines at the bar, we were able to sit and play for a bit. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Parking was fairly easy too.. not the first place I'm going to visit but if I find myself with another coupon or in the area, I wouldn't hesitate to return."
