"This is a nice hotel overall and very large. The poker room is nicely located. Saw Carrie Underwood here in March 2024 and it was amazing! I am now a local but have experienced many aspects of this hotel and it is very good."

"The hotel is absolutely stunning. Brand new and beautiful. Only issue was with housekeeping. You have to request for daily housekeeping and even then they forgot 2 nights out of 7 and even when they clean they don't replace or wash glasses and half the time don't replace towels shampoo or tissues etc. Everyday they didn't replace at least one thing. The phone system to get help from the front desk is awful. It's a robot who fake types loudly in your ear and then doesn't answer your question. If they fixed the phone and housekeeping issue this could 100% be a 5 star hotel. Restaurant and bar options are great. Pools are amazing (close at 4 off season). Views are great. Casino is clean and large. Parking is great and free with rewards card as of March 2024. They just have to fix that phone and hire more housekeeping (or coach better) and they are perfect 5."

"I chose this hotel resort because of the rating compared to the price. The hotel is nice and the room was comfortable and quite and clean. The person at the desk was professional but impersonal, there was no coffee maker nor microwave in the room which added to our expenses, the alerts that the pool area was closing at 4 were annoying, plus the pool staff were rude when reclining the lounge chairs by letting them slam down even when it was right next to a customer, one day 20 lounge chairs were marked reserved for over 2 hours with No one occupying them."

Room was clean for the most part,Could not hear any of our neighbours, room was very sound proof which was so nice! .Nice and clean pool just was cold to use. Would definitely stay here again!"

"My stay and the Hilton Hotel was incredible. The view from my room was amazing and left me in awe. The staff at the resort went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The resort had so much to offer that I didn't feel the need to leave its premises throughout my stay. With over forty restaurants to choose from, I was spoiled for choice when it came to dining options. The shopping experience was equally impressive, with a wide variety of stores available to browse and shop from. Lastly, the casino at the resort was a true highlight of my stay, providing endless entertainment and excitement. All in all, my time at the resort was an unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable vacation."
