"Poor service I ordered off the app and was able to show my order receipt and even though one of the sides was wrong they made me pay for the correct side and then called me a thief when I said it was ridiculous I had to pay to get the correct side. Then the manager kicked me out when I pointed out I paid for all of the sides I took. Rude should delete app and never go back"

"I'm not sure if people at this location are just unhappy people or what.. But nothing is more distasteful than going through a drive thru and the person on the other end of the mic sounds like you ruined their day or unconvinced them. Then pulling up to the window the same attitude was portrayed. I'm not sure what KFC needs to do to make sure there employee's are happy but this was honestly bad enough I would rather take my money and spend is somewhere, where the service is happier and not rude!"

"They really need to fill in the potholes outside of the buisness, especially with the snow being as bad as it is, they're nearly invisible and I almost lost a tyre. Other than that, service is always quick and very friendly. Food is always fresh and good."

"Freezing cold weather - Went thru the drive-way and ordered a bucket of crispy chicken and family mashed potatoes with extra gravy. When I got home there was no extra gravy and the chicken - YUCH!!! It was so burnt that the skin cracked into a million pieces when you pulled it off the chicken and the actual chicken was a dark dark brown color from the dry unable to eat burned product. I called thinking they may want to take care of this for me and the Manager said it was not possible - she had the same cook for 8 years and was not willing to refund the $29.00 dollar order, or even replace it for that matter!! She said I could get back out into the cold and get the extra gravy which of course I didn't do - the chicken had already been thrown out (P.S. mu dogs couldn't even eat it because it was so dry and inedible) Instead of the 3 minute drive to KFC on Broadway I will always now make the 10 mile drive to Madison Avenue KFC where they do take care of a problem if there is one and their Employees are smart enough to do the right thing rather than make their Customers feel like they are the problem - not the actual illiterate Employees/Managers that ARE the problem!!!"

"Should've left when we came in to find the cook following around and climbing on the lady working the front when we walked in. Food had its normal flavor, but barely even warm. As we ate the atmosphere was full of cussing and more puppy love as the other lady stood there awkwardly."
