"Decent food. It use to be fast, now it's more like freaky slow. Ordered online at 12:20. Drove to the store for pickup, waited until 12:40 for the food. Only ordered two sandwiches, not difficult."

"Update- I tried them again and this time it was worse. I place an online order for delivery as I have a broken wrist and cannot drive. After an hour, my food still has not been delivered. I called the store and was placed on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on when I finally got through the manager Brent agreed to give me a refund. I asked if they could still bring my food . he reluctantly said yes, but said it would take some time as they were backed up almost 2 hours later, my food finally arrives and I could tell it was the same sandwich they made at noon, which is a severe health risk as it had been sitting out for two hours and tasted disgusting Twice in the past couple of months, they have given me someone else’s order in the drive-through. When I asked them to refund it to my card (as I’m not sure I’ll return) they said their system does not allow that which is crazy cause I have never heard of a system that won’t allow that before. Extremely frustrating that I paid for something and did not receive the food I asked for. When I explained to the manager of the situation, all she offered me was a two dollar credit. If this happens to somebody with food allergies, this could be extremely dangerous. Not to mention, there is only one other person in the drive-through. I don’t understand how they could be so careless."

"I went to this location for the first time on Tuesday before work and ordered a Tai Chicken Wrap through the drive through. At the window, he repeated my order back and swiped my card. I went back to work with my wrap and it was a chicken Caesar wrap instead. Upsetting but not the end of the world. I gave them a second chance last night and kept it simple with a #1 Pepe. I was the only one in the drive through... there was no way they could possibly mess up my order. When I got back to work to eat, it was a dry roast beef sandwich. I'm not sure what the issue is but I will not be returning. Sorry not sorry."

"Today and everyday jjs goes above and beyond with thier awesome people and food. But extra especially because today I requested something they've never done before. A pickle bouquet and boy did they deliver! Amazing! The birthday girl loved it and all thanks to the best team in papillion Nebraska."
