"Sierra Airfreight Express is the contracted delivery people for a horrible logistics company in Reno. Fortunately, Sierra Airfreight it classier. The Sierra Airfreight driver called to confirm 30 minutes before delivery. He showed up on time and delivered my warranty exchange TV as requested and hauled off the old TV. Thank you!"

"Never in my life have I had to write a review like this, but I’m blown away by how bad this service was. I had a sectional sofa delivered to my apartment. It showed up an hour late with no call beforehand. The delivery guys tried to argue and say they called and I didn’t answer, but there’s no record of the call in my phone. When I opened the door for them to bring it in, they told me they don’t do that and dumped this enormous sofa off several feet away from my door. No help, no explanation, no nothing, they just said it wasn’t their job and bailed. I live by myself in a small apartment and have no way of getting this furniture in by myself, and neither this company nor the one I ordered it from every communicated - either verbally or in print - that it was gonna be dumped off outside like that, and had they mentioned it when the delivery was scheduled, I’d have made arrangements."
