"Yesterday I was here and I didn’t like chick fil a, because I know what it should be like. They fried it in old oil and ruined the whole taste. I'm from another city and state, where in my city I often go to chick fil a and every time it's always tasty and fresh. Probably the main manager monitors quality every day. I won’t say what city it is, so they won’t think I’m advertising it."
"First time going to this place. Was busy, so figured great food, too me, it wasn't. Service wasn't friendly, went to use the restroom, dirty, and tables were not clean. Chicken cold. I will not be going back"
"Staff is super friendly. Got through the drive thru pretty quick. My complaint was the chicken nuggets that I ordered. It was 6 or 8 tiny tiny pieces of over cooked chicken that I had to drown in sauce just to choke down. Also that was all I ordered and it was almost $6! Never going back. Definitely don't see the hype!!!"
"11/7 would eat here again. Good food, great service (there was quite a line when we walked in, but the staff were great at taking everyone's orders and worked through the line really well). The little flower vase on each table was a delightful touch."
"Came here twice on our visit to Reno/Sparks. Once for lunch and once just for a frosted lemonade. Both times were great. People are friendly and polite, food is good, service is quick -- highly recommend this location and store."
