"Can't speak for all the staff but I got the impression that the guy serving on my last visit hates his job/life/humanity and is taking it out on anyone walking through the door. It's time to switch jobs - I can't imagine life being so rude and cynical every day. Glancing at reviews it seems this is a regular occurrence. Incline must be the most tolerant town on earth to put up with this regularly, elsewhere I'd imagine he'd be wearing a black eye to work."

"If I could give negative 100 stars I would. These people could not be worse. They do not put mail in your box. They lose your mail. They will not hold your mail. I literally have packages returned to sender with the CORRECT address. They simply don’t want to deal and are beyond cureless. The service is atrocious. Then they act like they are doing you a favor. They seem to forget that the service they are providing is service WE PAY for. It is not a complimentary offering. I literally loose my mind every time I go there. If they do not want to work then DON’T. And if you are not going to quit. Do your job! With a smile on your face, and if people are rude to you it’s because you DESERVE it!!!!"

"There are 2 helpful people there. If they are absent, greatest luck to you. I had a package intercepted and held there for me. Got a confirmation and everything. Upon trying to pick it up, the tall man became very hostile, insisting they don't offer the service I received. This happened before he asked for my name, or any detail about the package. I refused to leave until he looked for it. Low and behold... it was there."

"These guys try their best with the volume. People don't realize living remote our post office gets triple volume plus because we have no stores. Everything is shipped to us Give them some credit. My mail man is out here in the snow til midnight doing the best he can. They are always efficient and my packages always arrive with care."

"A package was addressed to a street address in Incline Village that does not get USPS mail delivery. It was addressed with "c/o (local resident)" who also has a P.O. box at this local post office. It was sent back to sender immediately after receiving it. It had the c/o local resident name on it so it should have been placed in their P.O. box. Judging by all the negative comments, it's a poorly run post office which is unfortunate for such a great town."
