"I’ll leave this here because I want more people aware of this place, yes they are the nicest family, they treat you well however when you look back at your tax papers you will see that they made you signed a paper where you allow them to take money from your refund (between 600-800 dollars) which they don’t tell you and that is their fees, even thought you pay cash $80 dollars at the store. Fraud!!! Yes you not disclosing what you are making us sign and saying “oh it’s just the authorization of the service” it’s a lie and fraud! we did our taxes with them several years until we found out. They took thousands for us! If you see them walking around with the guns on their waist it’s because they know how many people are mad at them. Don’t go here."

"If your phone was stolen, might want to check here. My wife’s phone was stolen from our hotel and find my iPhone pinged it here. After reading reviews, it’s no wonder. This place is clearly laundering money in more ways than one. Avoid at all costs."

"They take 700 dls from youre returns.. yeah the have a good customer service but that doesn't mean that they don't still money from you.. after I read the comments here I went to check my taxes of every year that I went here and the took 700 dls from every year that I made my taxes with them plus the 80 dls that they charged... pls don't trust on this comments go and check youre taxes return papers and it says refund and mine was 7533 and they gave me a paper with the amount of 6867.15 so you guys do the math!! And this it was from every year after year ..."

"I feel so taken advantage of- I am a hardworking mother of 2 and would never expect someone to be this fraudulent. They gave me a typed paper with a "refund" amount and for the first time ever I did not receive an acceptance email from the IRS with my amount. I kept trying to check my refund status online and it said my information did not match up. I called them and they said they were having that problem with all their customers. Well the reason my information did not match up was because they took 589 out of my refund "for fees" after I paid them their fee of 80 in the store do file my taxes! Never once did they state my actual refund amount of that they charged me over 650 to do my taxes! All they did was type a amount on a paper which wasn't my refund at alL my refund was almost 600 more and they took it without my knowledge! I called them and tried to get answers on why I wasn't told they take fees out after I already paid them the day I filed! They hung up on me twice! I asked for my money back and they hung up again! They lied about it all- this is completely fraudulent! If you have done your taxes here I can guarantee you were owed a lot more... and if your planning on doing them here- don't! I am an intelligent professional, I always read reviews before I go somewhere! I wish there would have been a real review for this place!!! And like I previously said- I feel so taken advance of!"

"This place is amazing!! I knew coming in that I was gonna end up OWING the IRS because of how much I made and I was okay with that, I just wanted to do my taxes because they were a year late. I could not believe how much the lowered my debt with them by finding every single possible legitimate deduction. I was so happy. I will never, ever do my taxes on my own again. Leaving it to an expert, and Cristy is that expert. And her aunt or grandma, I can't remember because she helped as well because they're a family business. Super legit. And I never leave reviews for nothing."
