"They are lying about being an Enrolled Agent. They messed up our taxes and put the wrong SSN! And did not want to make it right. They kept re-filing it but that is not what the IRS wanted. They did not want to contact the IRS on our behalf even though we paid for that extra service. This caused my refund to get delayed over 11 months! When I tried to report them it turns out that there is no company called E File Tax Services of Nevada Inc. Currently trying to track their payment processor."
