"This is the worst place to do your taxes, I did my taxes this year and it’s not the first time I do my taxes here and it’s not the first time this happens, I did my taxes and February and I haven’t received anything yet, it has been 6 months nothing shows in the website and I tried calling the IRS and they told me they couldn’t provide me any information for 2021 taxes. Called Sus Amigos income tax and they just told me that IRS is behind not even try to see why are my taxes delay did the IRS even receive my taxes they didn’t even bother helping me, but ask me for sure they did took my money the day that I went to do my taxes. The first time I was OK we’re humans we do mistakes but this is the second time, The first time it was something about me not providing proof that my daughters live with me but the day that I did my taxes they told me it was OK just to keep them unhandy if the IRS sent me a letter asking for this information. And the only reason I found out about this it was because on “where’s my refund” it wasn’t showing anything receive and it wasn’t until I mentioned that that they help me and check why I hadn’t received my taxes, So basically this year I filed my taxes and they failed to inform me that my taxes were going to be file by mail not electronically, I just found out this today And the lady in the front had that audacity of telling me we didn’t told any of customers because otherwise they would’ve had not done there taxes here"
