"STOLE MY TAX REFUND CHECK!! Please don't do business here or at any of their other locations! I picked this place because of other good reviews I had seen previously, my experience was EVERYTHING BUT! In fact it has now been 3 months since filing and over a month of trying to reach them on multiple numbers listed and I have not been able to speak with ONE person. Their offices are empty and mail is piled under their doors. I've sent them multiple voicemails and reached out on social media as well, they ignored me and once responded "what is the best number to contact you" but have yet to do so or respond again."
"I've been filing with this company for years now. Great customer service very knowledgeable, and helpfull with my tax return. Once they finished my tax return, they sat me down and explained my return to me page by page. If I can give them 10 stars for beign so professional I would. If you wanna file your taxes this is place to go."
