"First of its a little desk in a corner of a bicycle store. I show up to my appointment and the bike store owner says she isn’t there. I call the direct number he provides me. Her assistant answers, says she’s busy and call back in 2 hours. Then she just hangs up on me. Unprofessional and a complete waste of time"

"Do not go here !!!! They are crooks! I went to file and Gustavo was the agent helping me. He told me to receive my refund in the mail in the form of a check it would cost $185 and would take about a month to receive. He said I would get my refund faster in the form of direct deposit for $300. When I said that I couldn't do $300 he said he would give me a 20 percent discount and offered the direct deposit for $245. I agreed. I gave him my account and routing number to set up the direct deposit. I took my debit card out to pay the fee and Gustavo said the company only takes cash. He let me know that there was an atm in the parking lot. I took out 300 in cash from the atm because it wouldn't let me take out the odd amount of $245. I paid him the cash he stood up in front of me in the office and counted it. The other two women working in the office were aware that this man was accepting cash from me. He gave me my toro tax folder and I went about my day. 2 weeks had passed so I called the IRS to check on my refund and they have no record of it being received even tho I filed almost 2 weeks prior. Because there was a language barrier I had a family member of mine who is fluent in Spanish call Gustavo to asked what was going on. Gustavo told my family member that I only paid $185 to have the IRS send me a check in the mail. He also said that he had receipts. My mistake was not getting a receipt from him when I handed him cash. I feel like he took advantage of me because I am a woman I am young, and because I I not speak Spanish! I contacted the corporate office and gave a statement and now have to wait 3 business days for a response. I am sure that Gustavo has made it so that everyone in his system and paper work reflects and supports his story. This man stole $60 from me! I want to make everyone aware that this corporation has employees who are not providing and disclosing proper information, and who are POCKETING CASH FROM INNOCENT PEOPLE!"
