"Don't waste your money or time. I wish I could give a 0. I have given $4,000+ to them and still have not resolution after almost 2 years. They were very communicative at first and then ALL calls and emails stopped. I got a random email last year stating they were bought out and I finally got a new rep. But then once again ALL calls and emails stopped and all NEW and OLD phone numbers are disconnected."

"I am not happy with the service they provided. Notice I said service because in their contract, they don't guarantee an outcome. And you won't get any outcome. I paid $1,500 to set up a payment arrangement with the irs, only for the irs to take it from our next year tax refund. They took that long. As clients, they should have mentioned this. The service they provided could have easily been done for less than $200 with someone else or even for free (if I just did more research). I get it's easy to panic when it comes to the irs, but there are other services out there that will actually want to help you. All the rest of the reviews show for their type of service."

"I would give this worthless operation a 0 if I could but Google does not offer that as an option. I went online researching to find assistance with my tax debt. I spoke to a platinum rep and he told me that my case was a “slam dunk” (his words). I paid this worthless organization $3800 to work on my case with the IRS. It took the better part of a year for my case to be processed. During the year, they moved from Southern California to Las Vegas and recently received word they are moving to Tennessee. They did keep me updated but the updates were “we’re still waiting to hear back from the IRS.” After the wait, the irs denied my case and said I owed the amount in full. My slam dunk case was basically a waste of time and $3800. I might as well have gone to Vegas and gambled $3800 away. I can’t say enough negative comments about platinum. I’ve since talked to a reputable organization who told me I could have done what platinum did on my own and saved $3800, but too late now. Don’t make the same mistake as me. Do it yourself or find someone more reputable than platinum."

"i’m pretty sure this company is out of business. I’ve been working with them for more than a year on some tax problems. they gave me no warning and stopped answering my phone calls . They have a bad track record. They would wait three months and then call me up and say they need to do something different and charge me more money. I’m really disappointed. Now I have to start all over after having thousands of dollars paid to them, I wish I had some sort of recourse to get my money back."
