"Why even put an option for special instructions on your orders if you aren't going to read them? I clearly marked my order as no cheese or sour cream, Dairy Allergy, and it arrived absolutely covered in thoroughly melted cheese, making it absolutely inedible to me."

"Ordered tonight receipt says server Caja A after we were rushed to order even being the only car in-line I said twice half super fries he even repeated it back didn’t check since fries an nachos don’t sound anything alike get home 15 mins away to nachos that looked like a pet wouldn’t even eat them called finally get through after 4 calls drive allllll the way back since I’m pregnant an starving I shoulda got a refund an went elsewhere but they took the nachos gave us fries I open an check in the drive through an the food is cold there’s a giant clump of cheese I said f it an drove home thinking I could spread an warm up in the microwave but nope it was like mashed potatoes the very little bit of fries that were in the plate were so soggy an oily that I couldn’t even pick up a fry just ended up throwing it away and finding something quick at home so now I’m crying writing this review"

"This particular Abelardo's (60TH AMES) I won't give a second chance or thought after this review.THEY WOULD HAVE ZERO STARZ IF THAT WAS AN OPTION! The french fries were SUPER SOGGY and full of oil my chicken tacos were burnt from the chicken to the shell & tasted burnt. They would NOT redo them the guy at the window was EXTREMELY rude i said nothing out the way I had zero attitude nothing just wanted something eat-able for $4 a freaking taco on top of they had forgot one of our fries,so having to park get out it was cold,but I mean you could smell and see that the chicken tacos were burnt NOT OVER COOKED but BURNT. Personally I will NOT ever eat here again I don't care how hungry I am I'll go around the corner & grab something from the gas station. NEVER AGAIN the 1ST TIME IS MY LAST TIME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION I DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL in business or even how they have 4 Stars I have seen more bad reviews than good this place is a NO NO STAY AWAY!!!"

"Chile rellenos were hot slop. Practically whole Chiles in bread sauce. Not worth eating. I tried calling them about it multiple times and they wouldn't answer."
