"bad service..."

"I have no idea how this place got five stars. When I called to make an appointment the woman who answered the phone said she would give me a call back to schedule an appointment. Which I thought was weird because the same amount of time it took her to get my name and phone number down she could have scheduled me for an appointment. Anyway,. I gave her my name and number so she can call me back . She calls me back and I told her what day and time I wanted to come in and we went back and forth a couple times and agreed on a time and date. Her mind seem to be elsewhere because she completely forgot the day and time we agreed on . I looked past that because I figured she was just probably having a busy day. She said an email would be sent to me confirming my appointment which I never received. Oh and she asked me for my name and number even though she has just called me back after giving her my info the first time. I didn't think my appointment was ever scheduled since I didn't get the email so day of my appointment I get a missed call and lo and behold it was from the woman I spoke to on the phone and she left me a message calling me by a completely different name. So I called her back and canceled my appointment because there is no way I'm going to trust a woman who can't even remember my name and contact info with sensitive information such as my tax documents. Im trusting my gut on this one and going with another tax service company."

Every cent that I paid for them to do my taxes was worth it. Family business that cares about their clients. We will be using them every year going forward. Gabby took the time to make sure we had everything covered and even double checked with her husband to make sure nothing was missed. Their team works great together. I highly recommend."
