"Staff is lazy, went to pick up an order 02/28/24 @9:45 didn’t try to ask what the order contained or nothing just that they don’t have the order. After they make everyone come thru the drive through. Just to wait for an order they say they don’t have. If you drive for DoorDash or Uber eats or any other driving apps. I wouldn’t take orders from here."

"Great food and service. Facility looked closed when we drove up. Server was awesome. Hopefully he gets the tip we left on the card."

"It's super sonic bacon double cheeseburger was great as usual and paired well with the Route 44 French vanilla cold brew coffee. Only issue was the app having a problem while trying to confirm what pickup stall I was in so I had to call the store but food came out promptly"

"There were 2 cars in front of us when we pulled up to the drive thru. I couldn't see the other side of the building so I don't know how many cars at the pickup window to the menu board. Took 15 minutes to get to menu board, sat there waiting for them to acknowledge us. After good 5 minutes I pulled ahead a little and saw was no one ahead of us, so I pulled up to pickup window and was told speaker out on menu board. Suggested a out of service sign should be put up. Order 3 cheeseburgers and 3 drinks. Got the cheeseburgers in about 5 minutes and waited another 5 minutes for drinks. Understand backup to be expected due to speaker problem but there were dozen or so employees standing around inside but looked like they didn't know which way to go. Poor management is to blame for confusion and lack of direction. Felt bad for the hourly workers taking the fire from angry customers due to inept management."

"Service with a smile! Even with patrons who chose not to exercise self control, staff goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The atmosphere is only brought down by the patrons who lack patience, fail to be courteous and respectful of the staff and other patrons during their visit, and their unwillingness to listen to staff on duty. Food is always hot; ice cream is always cold; everything is delicious! Wait times have gotten shorter recently; recent additions to the employment team and transfers of managerial members from other stores are to be commended! Thank you for all of your hard work!"
