"They were very helpful in replacing an engine recently that had just gone over warranty when it had problems. The bad is that when I picked up the car I was greeted with new warning lights that indicated a ABS speed sensor failure that was fine when I brought the car in. Only wanted $500 to fix. This is an easy to scam for shops to pull on people that don’t know any better. I won’t be going back to them."

"Bought a used car. When we got there the car was not cleaned great so they took it back and "got the spots they missed " but didn't actually get it. Im not sure how the detailer, salesmen and any other people inspecting the vehicle couldn't see the clearly still disgusting ceter console and cupholders buuut it was there. Also didn't receive much information about the car. Any help setting any of the features up. Nothing. It was a poor car buying experience and if these cars weren't so hard to come by in a time we really needed the vehicle we would have walked away. When we trade this in it will be for another Hyundai, but at a different Hyundai dealership. Photos with keys in it are when we first arrived. Other 4 photos are "after they re-detailed it" Totally unacceptable but I was too annoyed to speak up AGAIN because they've missed it twice already."

"I took my car to the dealership after it was stolen to fix the damages done; primarily with the ignition and mess from the break-in. Those issues were fixed fine, however, there was additional damage from them when my car was returned. My backup camera showed a blue screen when putting my car into reverse, damage to my tire, and my brakes squeaking horribly and making concerning noises, despite them doing work on my brakes and the apparent “inspection” before getting my car back. Since they do not give our loaner cars nor are open past standard business hours, it’s really difficult for me to go back in to see them with my work schedule.I never had a poor experience with this company before, so this was extremely disappointing."
