"Shout to Tommie Graff and Rj Jorkasky and the entire team that helped us with the purchase of our new Range Rover! You guys hit the hammer on the nail. Great customer service, great personalities, just all around it was a wonderful experience! Thank you guys!"
"Worked with Tommie Graff today on buying a new Mazda CX5. We went in today to just test drive the SUV and ended up buying. Tommie knew we were just looking and answered all questions. NO pressure. All staff took very good care of us. Easy to work with. This is our sixth Mazda and all have been purchased at Woodhouse."
"David Franks is the real deal with woodhouse. He helped me and my daughter find a real nice car. David is a top notch sales man. We appreciate his understanding and effort to help us out one of the best if not the best salesman in the state. I would buy a car or truck from him and woodhouse again."
"Absolutely will never buy another car from Woodhouse for the way they treated us. Back in March our car was at the Woodhouse Mazda service center. It had been with the shop for a few weeks due to needing a part that had to be special ordered as our Mazda was making an odd squeak when it would shift. Fast forward to the incident, where we received a call that our car (that had been sitting in the back lot waiting for service) had all 4 wheels stolen and the car was dropped on the rotors/axles. At first, we were just happy that our car was still there and hadn't been stolen and that the repairs would likely be quick and done before the rest of the service would be done. Enter the 'woodhouse experience'. As we were viewing the damage done to the car, the service member informed me that we would have to file a claim with our insurance company to get the damages paid for. This shocked me as I assumed that being a well known, customer centric dealership, they would have some sort of Garagekeepers insurance for these situations and that they would take care of it as 2 other cars were stolen the same night. This apparently was not how Woodhouse conducts their business. After meeting with the Service manager for the entire area, we were informed that 'this happens too frequently' and that they can't secure the lots since that hasn't stopped people in the past from getting in and stealing cars. At this point we were told that this was the same thing as if we parked our car at a Walmart or somewhere public and it was stolen, yet when we were informed about the issue with the transmission, we were told that they could not let us drive it home and it had to stay there to wait for the part to come in. Now we were out of luck and had no choice whatsoever to file a claim with our insurance company. After pressing the issue more, we were told that the loaner car agreement we signed, nullified any liability the dealership had in regards to our car being there. We poured over the agreement and could not find any reference to damages done to our car in holding, only that if we damaged the loaner car, our insurance would have to pay. Seems like bad business to remove liability both ways. After leaving the office we called back to see if there were any other documents we had signed and of course TLDR didn't see that section, but the office never provided any other documents. Long story short we decided we had to proceed with filing a claim so that the car could be repaired and our insurance company could take them through the subrogation process to verify that they were not liable. Still waiting on the results for that but I'm guessing the dealership is going to win as they always do. The worst part of the whole situation was the service manager laughing off the fact that we had to file a claim and that this happens all the time in the 10+ years he had been working there. If I were you Woodhouse I would at least let my customers know that their vehicles are not secure on your lots. Do better."
"I was in a pinch to get a new vehicle when my Kia was stolen in May. I had looked there previously in 2021 and should’ve gotten a Mazda then to avoid the nightmare of dealing with a stolen vehicle. Luckily, I was able to work with the previous salesman, RJ. I am torn on giving 4 to 5 stars. There were a couple negatives but the overall customer service was great. I leased a vehicle and fell in love with the interior on the CX-5. I still need to go in and find out where my alarm is. Ask for RJ. Oh and the managers were great!"
