The second year I showed up on time and she kicked me out for smelling like I had a couple drinks before my appointment. Yes, I had a couple beers, so what? Judgmental and unprofessional."

"Been coming here with my partner for 3 years, all because we believed that Baby would give us the most accurate refund. Our experience with her was always uncomfortable. She would speak Tagalog (Philippine language) talking nasty about us, all because we asked for an estimate. If estimates were an issue to her, she should save herself some time by explaining that to her customers before getting started. We should never be treated any different. Her customer service is the worst, and her employees are treated very poorly! During our last experience with her, she was forcing us to pay $75 for an estimate, and threatened that she would hold our tax papers until we paid $150 for both of our estimates. We simply asked for our papers back, then, she got up on our face, slammed our papers on her desk, and told us “to get the f$&!k out, you f$&@!ing a**holes” she even chased us out the door and yelled out “I don’t ever want to see your f$&@!ing faces here again”. Way to handle her own business. Don’t worry Baby, I would never, ever, think about coming back again. People should stay out of this place for your unprofessionalism and poor service!"

"If I could give this place a ZERO STAR I WOULD!! The owner herself, BABY BELTRAN is really rude and hates giving customer service. My husband and I inquired to file our taxes with her, and she did not like asking questions and was really impatient with us and the previous people who were there before she attended to us. She actually gave HERSELF a 5 star i the reviews below. The employee at the front desk however was really nice himself. But "Baby" should obviously not be working at her own office because she'll drive her own customers away. VERY RUDE LADY. Won't reccommend!! Its a total waste of our time waiting."
