"The company is FCFS basically, they don’t care about your appointment time..so be there at 6am if u don’t want to spend all day.. I got there at 8:30am for 9am appointment..and they told me they have 14 trucks in front of me..got a door at 3pm out 4pm lost my pick up !!!"
