"Ever since I saw the cups pushed in the back, my guess due to drink theft, the quality of food has gone down. One oatmeal only has 2 strawberries. Both oatmeal are of different proportions. What gives! Also why is my cup of oatmeal significantly colder than my partner. My guess is the bowl was brought cold. Avocado disappeared in my sandwich. Either way probably won’t be coming in here for a while. Just spreading the news. I’ll be eating at the other Bread. Shoutout to Panera bread at 2400 S Rancho for showing us a good example of what these oats should look like."
"DO NOT DO NOT GET LEMONADE OR EVEN WATER NO NO NOOOOOOOOO i made the mistake of getting a charged caffeine lemonade and it made me go to the hospital after 3 sips and im not even sensitive to caffeine but whatever they put in that is literal battery acid because no way. literally gave me heart palpitations. to recover i went to get water and the water has black crunchy pieces (i know they were crunchy i learned the hard way sadly) and white crust IN THE WATER HOW DISGUSTING. i would swirl the straw and the white and black pieces would swirl as well i threw up. save your money go to a mcdonald’s instead."
"It's pretty small for a Panera Bread, but it's fast compared to others. Food tasted very "home-y" and staff was friendly. Overall a clean place. The lady calling out names and giving people their food helped me carry things to our table so I wouldn't have to make two trips. We weren't the only ones who showed up to a dirty table that we ourselves had to clean. That was really the only "inconvenience" but totally not a big deal. I don't blame the busy staff, I blame the people sitting there before us."
"Came here on Thursday, Aug 30 around 1-2 PM. Just ordered a coffee and a cookie. The manager assisted me in getting my order, she was very kind. It was a lady with a ponytail and glasses. Love to see managers acknowledge all customers! Anyways, my only concern is that I ate here for an hour and the empty, dirty table next to me had it’s dirty dishes and utensils left there for the whole hour. Not a good look! Panera is known to be pricey, I’d say at minimum $15-$20 per person. Though, the service deserves a 5 star!"
