"So this store is mediocre at best. Employees are constantly talking on the phone about very personal stuff while there is a lobby full of customers! But today takes the cake. I arrived at 10:20 am to find a note stating that due to "customer care" they had to close the store for a short time. I'm writing this review as I stare at the locked door. It's now 10:38 am still no one. Update- I stopped by this Ups store on my way home (11:30 am) and low and behold there IS STILL NO ONE THERE! Apparently this isn't a fluke, the store closed early yesterday (4/17/17) and they closed for a whole day last week. There is no accountability. I suggest you take your business elsewhere."
