"I am not sure of the lady's name who was the drive-thru manager on Labor Day tonight I am pregnant though and my baby wanted onion rings from Burger King and I showed up 10 minutes before they closed and I felt super bad about it because I have worked in the food industry for for 20 years and I apologize to her about coming 10 minutes before they close cuz I understood and I so bad and she was the most sweetest lady I have ever come across at Burger King this particular Burger King ever in life and she has great customer service skills and she's very understanding and she's very sweet but I just had to write a review for her so thank you"

"Waited 30 minutes for a burger and an order of fries with 2 people in front of me. Burger was burnt beyond belief. Fries were OK to say the least. It's always a long wait at this location but this is just embarrassing. 100 percent the worst location in Omaha. Avoid at all costs."

"This is my favorite location! They are usually short staffed therefore the wait is longer than normal however the staff are still amazing! They are kind, lighthearted, efficient, and they process orders as fast as they can. They put up with a lot of bs but never take it out on the customers. I have had several pleasant encounters with management as well. Love my neighborhood Burger King!"
