"Mr. Kim handled the first round of taxes fine. However, after several years of calling and leaving him messages, it is pretty clear that he has no time to call me back. I called about a tax matter he handled for a family member some years ago.He also did my tax returns. Some years later, some questions came up. His failure to return calls (I never revealed on the voicemail why I was calling, but he knows me to be a client) about both my own tax situation and my family members' situation, when he clearly was the practitioner at the time in question, is bordering on malpractice. As a financial professional, I regularly refer clients to key CPA and tax prep people. Mr. Kim's lack of response has led me to definitively advise against the use of his services. I regret the referrals that I did make to Mr. Kim, and have advised all of my clients to seek tax advice from another practice."

"If you are looking for an uptight CPA that will argue and scream at you on the phone as you are missing important deadlines then you have absolutely found your man! Three different occasions on the phone - he decided to start arguing with his customer i.e. me on the phone. Then he came up with a BUNCH of lame excuses of why he wasn't able to make multiple deadlines. First it was "I am out of the country - I will be back in a week" Then it was - "I can't do it today I have clients and meetings - and what exactly does that make me? Chopped liver? Well - he did exactly what he set out to do - nothing but attempt to steal money from me. I promise you that you could find a better CPA in the yellow pages *if you could still find one these days! Heed my warning - go ANYWHERE else!"
