"Ordered dog food from chewy truck pulled up out front and then were starting to leave ( left nothing) I went out there and he said he didn't have it said he would be back that was yesterday morning still no package!"

"Went to drop off a package the guy came to the desk took my package and told me if it had a label they will ship it although I stressed the label shows customer pay to ship. I was not giving any tracking or receipt and have got a received notice from the receiver. I will update soon and I will speak to a manager or corporate if no updated come in three weeks because this was over 300$"

"if i could give zero stars i would. i paid 529.00 for the shipping of this painting and it was supposed to be delivered saturday, then sunday between 10-2:30 and i gave up at 10pm. the website is useless and just shows they can't retrieve the delivery info at this time and to try again later. in the middle of the night i got an email saying it would be delivered between 11:30-3:30. i had a doctor appt at 8 and was home at 10:15 and now i got an email saying they attempted to deliver it at 10:01 with no answer. they left no delivery notice and they didn't even knock on the 2nd door which they deliver to at least 3 times a week. and now it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. i could've driven to florida and picked it up faster than this service. and their local number.....is out of service. HORRIBLE SERVICE...will never use fed ex again"

"Even with a vacation hold from 7/21-7/24 a driver delivered a package. By the time we get home, if it's still there, it will have sat in the hot sun for 4 days and will probably not be good anymore. I talked to a person in customer service and she said she would set it up for them to go back out and retrieve the package. Well they didn't, now I'm getting emails regarding my 'lost' package - what a joke. I will be going to the terminal when we get back in town to complain to the manager and will do my best to find a regional one also. This is ridiculous."

"The poor customer service coupled with the continuous lies and unpleasant waiting area just adds fuel to this dumpster fire of a delivery service. FedEx Ground seems to behave differently from the other FedEx division, most notably the inefficiency. 3 day packages whose statuses changed from "delivered" to "undelivered" the next day. Moreover, paying for these fees services yet not receiving any accountability is not ok. The ATG will be notified of this for sure. The fact that I'm literally sitting next to a chair with a ominous looking stain is enough for me to say, next time I'm using UPS."
