"BE AWARE!!! This company will ask you to sign your taxes without showing you the document prior to signing which is not legal. They will volunteer their bank services so they can charge you higher fees without you being aware. If you have your own bank account you should not be paying fees to have IRS deposit your money to their account, they use this trick to charge 150.00 extra. Very poor management. Lucia is horrible very argumentive. They have 1.8 stars in yelp and 2.3 stars with the BBB. I will be falling another complaint with BBB and hopefully they can go out of business soon. We need to stop the corruption. WHAT'S WRONG IS WRONG."

"Don’t go here I went to do my taxes and never told me I was going to get charged 841 to get my taxes done and on top of that they ask me for cash on hand to do the taxes.i was supposed to get 1445 only got 494 but there excuse was that was a a fee that the irs charges and then they change it saying that it was a fee from toro because it was a franchise.If possible I but rate it 0 stars"
