"Once you give this company your $ they will inconvenience you out of any responsibility for the failure or complete absense of food that you purchase. Call them and you will literally wait on hold for over an hour and I literally don't even know if they actually answer their phones or address complications once they have taken your money already. Here's to a double shift with no food and money burned for nothing."

"The app is soooo bad. Was going to place an order with Formosa of almost $200. Went to try to modify the order right before I placed the order, but you can’t do it once you’ve added items to the cart. Also had to change my password, and it would not accept the new password that they kept insisting that I use. So I set up a second account, and started from scratch. However, when I went to modify the order, the App would not let me. So, I will use DoorDash like I always do, and order from one of the other great sushi restaurants in town. I used to order from Formosa quite a bit, but it’s just too difficult on the chomp app. I’ll probably end up ordering from red Ginger this evening, or perhaps one of the others that I use now. That was a $225 order that Formosa is not going to get because chomp is so bad"

"During the upgrade to their new system (in which chaos is always anticipated) their live chat customer service was prompt and amazing (as always). Although our food was delivered two hours late, they maintained cool communication and even offered a full refund (although we declined)."
