"Terrible service (you the customer have to say Hello, good morning etc instead of the employee),. THE young GIRLS who work there always look annoyed at you,. It’s a terrible negative vibe experience. I guess if subway wants to improve, The manager has to find someone else with more humility and will to attend and treat better their customers."

"The workers are not good and the younger boy is not good at all. The lady he works with a lot seems to always be annoyed she has to stop flirting with the boy to work. The boy just looks miserable every time we go in and the girl is no better. Also, in customer service you should learn to greet customers who walk in. Of the 4 times my family has gone in we have yet to be greeted. The boy always seems to sneak off to the back when help is needed too. Disappointing. The ice cream tastes good too but you can go elsewhere to get it. Do not go here! It is not worth it! We won’t be going back unless it’s the only place open and even then I’d still go hungry before going back."

"We just moved to Beresford and we're excited to see there was a Subway in town! We have been to this location a few times because it was quick, easy, and the only place open most of the time. EVERY SINGLE TIME we have gone to this location we never get greeted and the workers make us feel stupid when ordering food. They also seem like they hate their jobs and not want to be there. I'm very disappointed in the customer service and quality of food there. If it weren't for the fact this i the easiest thing to get in a hurry we would never come back. This needs to get fixed. Worst iv ever seen at a subway. If I could do 0 stars u would"

"Both times I’ve been to this particular subway, they treat me like I’m a complete idiot when ordering, and criticize my orders. First time, I didn’t realize they’d switched sauces and then proceeded to explain it to me like a 7 year old with a low grade reading level. Then commented on how boring my order was - just make the sandwich, commentary not needed. The second time I was ordering for someone else and was following instructions written for me. I’d never ordered a flatbread melt, and once again chastised me for not knowing exactly how their store functioned and how that order worked. Overall the interactions were not pleasant and extremely off-putting. I haven’t had these experiences at other locations, but it’ll be the last time I stop there unless it’s the last place open and I’m that desperate. And even then, I’ll go hungry instead of stop."
