Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

"Cannot follow the simplest of instructions for what I wanted on my pizza. Which was 3 things. Pepperoni, bacon, with green olives on half. Get home to find one side just cheese and green olives. The other side had only a few pepperonis and very little bacon. Do better."

"My wife ordered pizzas this morning and the email stated that the order could be picked up at 10:30 AM, however when we got to the store at 10:35, the sign on the store stated the store would not open until 11:00 AM. So we had to wait for 25 minutes....even knocking and staff were working. We called the store after picking up the order and talked to the owner and they stated that they didn't know and there is nothing they could do about it....then threatened to call the cops and press charges because I called back numerous times because they were screening my calls. I was calling to notify them that the pickup receipt had the time on it for pickup (10:30AM). They were screening my calls and I had to use another phone to get them to answer. This is not a way to run a business..... Update - after threating me with pressing charges, they refunded our money (who was in the wrong??????). I will be contacting Papa Murphy's corporate and file a complaint."

"Placed an order online for 10:30AM. Got to store and could clearly see my order waiting for pick up and doors were locked. Sign posted on door stated store didn’t open until 11:00. Called and they would not answer and knocked and they made eye contact but would not open the doors to allow me to pick up the order. Opened doors at 11:00 and said they had no control over what the web site states or what my email confirmation says. The ticket with the pizza says the customer pick up time is 10:30. Manager apologized but said there was nothing that could be done about it. After my husband called and was persistent that something should be done, she agreed to contact corporate. Do not do online ordering with this store!"

"I honestly am not a huge pizza person as I don't like how most places make the crust, but I went today as I was leaving class and figured it would be a good option for my family. I've never been to this location and was impressed as the workers were beyond friendly and even the owner was working. He went over how to order there, what were popular choices, and visited with me while he was making the pizza. My family and I loved the pizza and I will be returning to try some of the other choices."

"Papa Murphys is nice for a quick take and bake pizza. The pizza cooks up nicely and clean up is super easy because the pizza comes on a tray that you bake it on in the oven. The menu has plenty of choices along with building your own. The prices are reasonable compared to getting pizzas elsewhere and cooking at home. The toppings have always been fresh and instructions included in the order. This location is located in a strip with a couple other shops. The inside is small and they can be really busy. However, the staff is friendly and works fast to get orders taken care of. It has always been clean anytime we have stopped in. Currently, masks are required. You do have the option to order ahead, but I have always just walked in and placed my order."
