"A guardian ad litem (GAL) is described as an individual that is supposed to be an objective, impartial person whom the court appoints to act as a representative for the minor children in a contested custody proceeding. My experience with Elizabeth has been nothing short of horrific. She does not take the time to truly research what’s going on and, in my case, did not take the time to visit my home, ask me relevant questions and definitely did not conduct any due diligence to understand my relationship, or lack thereof, with my ex-husband - which has ultimately affected my relationship with my children. From my research, I see that she has no psychological development training and in my opinion - should NOT be allowed to work with children due to the outcomes of her cases.
