"Absolutely incredible. We walked in on a Sunday evening and were immediately sat in Koji’s beautiful, dimly-lit dining room. The restaurant is very small so I would suggest calling ahead or making a reservation during peak hours. Our server Nova was amazing; she was so friendly and personable, and gave us great menu recommendations and suggestions for other places to check out while we were in town. We had a variety of yakitori, wagyu nigiri, the KFC buns, and my boyfriend tried a sushi roll with shrimp. Everything was presented beautifully and the flavor combinations were perfectly executed. Do not come here expecting to stuff yourself full on mediocre food; Koji is a unique tasting experience on par with the Bay Area dining scene. My only disappointment is that we don’t live close enough to come here more often."
