"April is amazing and I wholeheartedly thank her for her commitment."
"#prisonpipeline #sellout #americaninjustice #coleburmeister Cole burmeister was my public pretender. Didnt show up for my court instead passed me onto his wet behind the ears paralegal who refused to say a single word on my behalf in court. I am a well built white male who works for a living if he does this to me imagine how many underserved and underprivileged minorities he has railroaded and sold to the county attorney he probably has drinks with at the end of the day. This is a pipeline to NSP because the ethics of the office is not to DEFEND those who cannot afford paid representation but to SELL THEM to the city and state so that the largest employment of the state department of corrections gets its population. This is an outrage. I was 100% cooperative and I am innocent but he refused to defend me instead just choosing to give up and sell me to the state. #disgrace"
"Let’s hope the delivery doctor pays more attention than you did to my case. Worth Less excuse"
"When a person is going to court. How can that be a good be a good thing? Probation is a set up."
"April OLaughlin is not competant to speak to individuals on a human level. Instead she belittles them to make them feel un worthly. Shes done absolutely nothing to push this case, let's hope no one gets her. Perhaps this is why she left another firm, or is it because she was terminated? She dont have the foundation to build clients trust nore does she reach out to clients to ask about the case. Clients have to 1. First Find out who thier public defender is 2. Make an appointment to speak to her 3. The client cannot ask any questions about the case 4. She dont arrange transportation if your incarcerated 5. She'll refuse to speak to spouse and yell at them 6. Court is scheduled another date with no transportation once again.. 7. The reappointment starts once again to call her without asking questions 8. Another scheduled court hearing 9. Contempt in court from the judges rulling. (A lovely letter from the judge because April failed to get her client to point A at a specific time multiple of times) My point, April cant represent clients this way if she treats them with no representation."
