"Easy to find overnight parking bathrooms inside ,good people working got dock 7:00 am and waiting until they can unload Update: got dock 8:00/started by app 9:00 and unloading takes ~4 hours"
"Delivered 8 lug nuts 4 of which where 9/16'' and the other where the correct size 14mm. Tech was able to put lug nuts on by hand but some where binding when installing called ATD about the issue and they said they would reimberse the studs that where damaged by the wrong part and where aware of the labor in doing so. ATD called the next day and the management said they wouldn't do anything but return the money for the lug nuts and non of the damages. Completely changed there original statement of making it right with the customer for time involved in the damage to the customers lug studs."
"Called on a Saturday to verify a tire was in stock. They said they had it, I told them I was coming to get it. Showed up about 10 after 12 to locked doors. Turns out they are not open until 2:30 like their Google listing suggests. I even asked the guy in the phone if I could pick the tire up today. They said yes. Failed to mention the were closing soon."
