"Predatory customer service! The lady Jennifer was unprofessional and rude. Took my truck in for a recall repair and wanted something else fixed too. I told her what needed fixed and she insisted it would be $300 for a 3 hour diagnosis of the problem that I already told her what it was. She had a bad attitude and it seems this is the way people of color are treated there. Stay away from this place if you don’t want to get ripped off, and especially if you’re melanated."
