"My husband and I walked in and were met with an eye roll from one of the Associates. What a disrespectful and disappointing experience. Especially given that I knew what I wanted and was ready to walk out with the ring I had my eye on. The individual that ended up helping us was kind and helpful (only reason I am adding a second star). However, I definitely did not want any affiliation with this store after that. I hope that the management of this location ensures experiences like this stop occurring. Quite a few reviews here with a similar theme and it is very disappointing to see. -A long time BVLGARI customer."

"Bvlgari in the Chrystal shops Las Vegas was a memorable Vegas experience mostly due to the client care advisor, Guadalupe Chamorro. She was stylish, funny, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. She presented everything I wanted to see with true Italian flair. I made the trip to Bvlgari to try out the new line of mens fragrances. She gave me a synopsis of each bottle including a list of ingredients, the intention and mood set by each fragrance... as well as her personal opinion. I bought TYGAR EAU DE PARFUM among other things Lupe suggested."

We walked across the mall to Tiffany and bought our wedding rings there... in cash. Your loss, Bvlgari. Big mistake. Huge."
