"This business has some very bad practices. I've had two experiences so far and each left such a bad taste in our mouth. We try to shop locally but this shop is a scam. The first time we bought our first bike and after riding it home the tire busted. So we were sold a bike with bad tires. The second time my husband went to get a new bike and we saw a bike with the price tag of 249.00 we then expressed we wanted the bike, grabbed two locks and a seat, got up to the register and the man suddenly said, "that price shouldn't be on the bike it's the wrong one the bike is 500.00". "We don't have a bike under 350.00 in here." Why was the price tag 249 at the beginning of the transaction and in the middle of the purchase raised? This is on top of the bad customer service My husband received after not being greeted or asked if he needed any help. My husband bought the chains and left. Bad business bad practices, shameful indeed."

"Would never buy anything from this place..Way over-priced..charge almost triple retail price.. Not very helpful and kinda weird.. Lot better bike shops in vegas I HOPE..THIS PLACE BAD.SHAPE.."

"I lived in Las Vegas since 1993 and bike world is the only shop I've ever taken any bicycles to. The guys at the shop are really nice and if there's ever a problem you can always take your bike back and they'll fix it on the spot."

"I've been to a couple different shops in town and I have to say this was the best one. They are laid back and not into high pressure sales. The salesman was great and even went so far as to tell me "you know you can sleep on it if you want". I will be returning here for sure! Happy 50th Bike World!!!"
