"Needed to replace a jacket my son had bought me last year so went to the Outlet to purchase one. So thankful they had the exact one I wanted and in my size. The majority of their winter wear was at least 40% off. I highly recommend shopping here for your winter wear."
"Horrible management. It’s 7:21. Just left when I was intending on buying several items but they refused to let anyone use the fitting rooms. Both managers yelled at me from behind the sales desk they close the fitting rooms 30 minutes before closing. I asked if they close at 8pm and they said yes. I said it’s 7:15pm it’s 45 minutes prior to closing - I should be aloud in. Was told they have 60 day return policy otherwise I could leave. I set down the items and walked out. Horrible treatment and they aren’t even abiding their own policy. This is why in person retail is disappearing. I’m ready to spend and you can’t even let me try things on to confirm they fit."
