"If you own a Harley Davidson do not take your bike here. Great guy and all but too many issues with my bike I now have to deal with. Took it in for a simple handle bar swap, wasn’t so simple; took two weeks to accomplish and when I got it back he said your high beam didn’t work right? A bike with 9,000 miles, yeah it worked. Not no more! Now my clutch was acting up so I pull the lid and the fluid is filthy and low, and oh yeah; his words again “the cap to the clutch reservoir, one of them was stripped when we got it”. Good help is hard to find and actual trained mechanics are even harder to find, do not go here. Also my handlebars were set to far back so when I set them when parked it hit my tank and dug a quarter sized paint chip off my tank!! Just don’t"

"I contacted Throttle Punisher about my Yamaha Rhino. I was quoted over $1800 from another business that will remain nameless. I was quoted a much better price and it was also explained to me that the other business was over charging me for work I did not need. I received a fair price with no up-sale and no unexpected price changes from the original quote. I found them to be very honest and upfront about what needed to be repaired. I was out the door for under $800 and my Rhino is running the way it should. I will continue to use them to service and repair my rhino. I also took advantage of their pick up and delivery service which saved me a lot of time and energy. ($35 each way)"

"I brought my scooter in to have the oil changed and basic maintenance a week ago...they were very friendly even when I realized after I got it home that one of the tire valve caps was missing they replaced it for me (after telling me there wasn't one to begin with which was untrue)...however the next day I checked my oil and it was completely empty...not sure what to think about that...makes me nervous to go back...which is sad because I thought I had found a new place to take my scooter for repairs etc. I'm so glad I came back. I really appreciate the time you took to help me figure out a way to put this new license plate on my scooter...and it was fun talking to you...Ill be back. Thanks again"
