"The prices for graduating high school seniors is outrageous. Rental gown costing over 100 dollars. It’s infuriating but they get away with it because gowns are required for walking across that stage."

"Jostens has the worst customer service. I had called to be informed on a order I had placed back in January and had yet not received my order. The lady that answered had a terrible attitude answering my questions was very condescending like I was already suppose to know the answers to my questions."

"Never received order. After 2 months, called customer service. They told me it should have been sent to school. School did not received. One week out from graduation, called customer service again told me to call school rep. Called school rep and they have cap and gown at there local office. I have to go pick up my self at their office which is a half a hour away. What was shipping and handling for? Poor service!"
