"Google tells me my reviews have lots of views, I hope so. This is not a review of the pizza, it was great as usual, but all about a casual assessment by an employee that I needed to be told that the restroom was for " paying customers" They told me they have homeless people come in. At 70 I just needed to pee before paying for my pizza.I was clean, well dressed in a REI jacket with my favorite Duluth ball cap. Not a homeless look, why would this man assume I was? They spoke to me with attitude without apology. I wonder why they felt comfortable addressing me in such a fashion? Did I mention I'm a black 70yr old man.... FYI"

"Food is always good. Staff is friendly to the customers. From the counter you can hear all conversations and goings-on happening in the kitchen. At times I've heard some interesting conversations, as well as arguing and complaining by some of the staff. Just makes waiting for my order a bit uncomfortable."

"Ordered Jumbo specialty Bacon Cheeseburger at 540pm I was told it would be delivered by 620pm. Well around 630pm I called back to see why it wasn't here yet I was told it was on the way by 645pm. After finally delivering the pizza it was cold and nothing special about it the worst pizza we ever had. I called to inform them how the pizza taste I was told nothing they could do but wait 4 to 6 weeks because the complaints have to go threw corporate last time we ever will order pizza or anything from Valentino's pizza the worst pizza worst customer service they lost our business completely so they can tell corporate that."
