"I absolutely love pandora but one of the ladies here was extremely rude when I asked if they honered a military discount. She grabbed the ID out of my husband's hand & was refusing him saying it was not good. Excuse me, that was extremely uncalled for. The other gal that worked there noticed how rude she had treated us & continued to help us with our purchase. Thank you to the gal who continued to help us."
"My husband and I went in looking to clean my bracelet, as well as infer about a nearly broken clasp that recently happened. The staff was very rude and unattentive,seemed very disinterested. The customer service was flat and I felt an off vibe, we felt unwelcomed and We both agreed we wouldn't come back to this location due to the lack of at least decent customer service. 0/10"
"Employee told me card transaction not went through, and pay again. It was over $200. I checked my bank remain and they double charged it. I asked cancel a transaction but employee said come back tomorrow because no one can help me. I was there at 7pm but the store was open until 9pm. How no one can help me? Be careful use your card this store and don't trust employees."
