"I got MW3 as a gift for my birthday. However, it was opened by them. when I went to return it because it was for ps5 (I have xbox series s digital), they did not accept because it was opened. It was opened by them. Then they said that i could trade it in for something different. Mind you, it is a 70 dollar brand new game. They offered 35 bucks. Not to mention, they talked to me like I was mentally slow, like I just got concused and did not know whatIwastalking about."

"Normally I avoid Gamestop because I just don't like their business and i can buy cheaper elsewhere. However, they had a Saints Row exclusive with some goodies and i couldn't turn it down this time. I was impressed they had any left so i made the purchase."
"I get good customer service but when you are the only person working there is no need to spend 10 mins telling people your wired vs WiFi preferences while we all wait. Guy was friendly enough just doesn't seem to know how single coverage retail works. Then again there was someone in the back not helping him so who knows."
