"Visited on a whim last time we were in Vegas. Cute little spot in the Container Park off Fremont. Friendly and helpful. A few months after getting the bracelet, I noticed the metal on some of the gems were becoming discolored. I reached out via email and got a very quick response saying they would fix it at no charge. I live in San Diego and wasn't sure when I would be back in Vegas. Instead of making me wait, they offered me a 50% refund of my purchase price as well as still offering to fix it the next time in town. Very pleased with their customer service and their bracelets are beautiful!"
