"My fiance and I picked out an engagement ring excited to move to the next step. The associate said she would bring in the ring from another location as I put down a large down payment. As we all know sometimes things don't go according to plan and suddenly my dream of marriage was suddenly canceled. I returned to the store with intentions of a full refund however, this is the first time mentioning no refunds, not even an exchange? I returned to the store a few days after that conversation and the engagement ring is now in the display case for another patron to purchase. I'll assume my down payment is a donation? I think not‼ I am now escalating it to the BBB. This was supposed to be a joyous occasion. No where was it posted no returns exchanged or refunds. At one time we even asked at the beginning for a refund as that we were unsure of the purchase, I was told we could get a refund. The woman was very persuasive and almost pushy for us to still purchase the ring."
