"Had a Swiss quartz battery replaced on my Longines along with a buff on the case and band and when I picked up the watch they had buffed the two tone off the band and left smudges and debris on the inside of the crystal and when I brought this up they told me that their staff is just a jeweler, not a watch maker so I should go to the watch maker if I want to get it cleaned and that they only opened the back. Total trash of a business go somewhere else where they have professional staff and regard for the work they provide. When I got home I also noticed that they didn’t even tighten up the back of the case, you could spin it loose by hand. What a joke this place is!"

"Terrible service, went in to have my Swiss battery changed. The watch was not sealed properly and humidity got into the watch. When I went back the two women working there refused to help me. Save yourself and your watch, go someplace where they know what they're doing and actually care about the customer not just what's in their wallet"
