"for 30 dollars you can 1/2 your car sprayed (pre wash) & after the wash be left with a car full spots looking more dirty then it did before you went through! what a deal...I'm obviously the idiot for thinking a $30 car wash would get my car clean..."

"Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Vehicle had major scratch first time through. Went directly to attendant and filed report. Never heard back. Called for months but none of the phone numbers are local. Everything is outsourced to various states. Local people were okay, but have no authority to actually help. Hung up on by multiple people. Never received refund for monthly membership that was never used bc I didn't request it soon enough. (Never requested because I was waiting to hear back from incident department for two months and tried giving benefit of the doubt.) So disappointing."

"I purchased the monthly pass. Washed my truck 3 or 4 times and I've been noticing nicks, scratches, and now dents on my brand new pickup it is not wear and tear because this truck was purchased 30 days ago roughly, I would highly recommend to steer clear of this place until they figure out whats going on i did not talk with the employees because they looked like kids and it would have went nowhere. Still waiting on hearing from them on if they will rectify the damages. I will update when or if I hear from them. Update: as expected, you can read there response."

"Very convenient location right in front of the mall! The attendants made sure to spray and scrub the front of the car and at the very end all of the dried up bugs were gone! The express shine is $11 and tire shine is an extra 3 dollars. However the tires don’t look shiny therefore I gave it 4 stars. I’m impressed with the location and cleanliness of my car!"
