"The work done was excellent. I do have a complaint though about the handling of my order. When I dropped off my vehicle I was told it would be done in a week or a little more and all the parts were in. After a week and a half I called in. I was told they would check what was wrong & call back. They never called back. I called again and was told the body shop would fix the dent without a new fender. It ended up taking over 3 weeks. When my wife picked up the car she was told they couldn't find a fender that's what took so long. Then you were blaming the insurance Co for the delays. So we wonder what was the truth???"
