"Y'all need to have drivers who don't lie about trying to deliver to locations. Twice now with different packages y'all claimed you tried to deliver when y'all never even came by. When y'all claim you can't get in to our complex when we have a leasing office open all day is not a good or wise thing lie about when all we do is have to ask hey did fed ex trying coming by. Do better y'all."
"They told me day and package was delivered on the day. One problem I ordered the wrong hose."
"Easy Will Call pick up. The staff was efficient and friendly."
"Due to weather conditions over the Sierra Nevada mountains my mattress was delayed. Sent 2/23, received 3/7 from LA. My issue with FedEx was there were no updates and it's impossible to speak with a person. In Transit was it? Then when they said it was out for delivery it was not and I didn't receive it for 4 more days. I kinda get why Amazon dumped them. They can do much better in my opinion."
"My front door was sealed off due to wildfire smoke, and a recently injured leg too painful to be hauling around to my back door a 40 lb package that was coming from Walmart. So, I put a sign both at the front door and also on another front window, asking that deliveries be left at the back door (see photos). As you can see, FedEx drivers in Reno, NV, either can't read or don't care. Trying to get someone at FedEx to help me, I called their customer service phone number. The computer that answers will do everything it can so that you can NOT talk to a human. IF, after struggling with it for 20 minutes or so, you can finally get to a human, they will not give you the local phone number for the FedEx distribution center near your house, nor are they capable of contacting the center themselves to get anyone to help you. I guess we're lucky they don't just leave our packages out on the street, but I'll bet that will happen soon, once they replace their broken robot-like drivers with REAL robots. Hopefully THEY will be able to read."
