"When it comes to using the drive-through at this Taco Bell location, I've consistently encountered slow service. The wait times are often prolonged, and it appears that staffing levels are insufficient to handle the demand efficiently. If the drive-through service improved, I would gladly give this location a higher rating."

"I had an issue with my mobile order so I went to the store and paid for a new order in person. Instead of not accepting the mobile order, they confirmed it and the app said it was made and ready for pick up AFTER I ordered and paid for a separate order. I could not cancel my mobile order because the store confirmed it and it already charged my card. The store manager claimed they could not help me and that they cannot confirm or cancel a mobile order when it is sent to the store. The manager claims that even though the order tracker said the store confirmed my order and it was ready for pick up that they had not had any mobile orders all day even though the app confirms the store location and alerted me when it was ready. Was so rude and blatantly did not even want to try to help me"

"I ordered cinnamon twists and they didn’t add any cinnamon. They taste like oil. Gross!"

"Employees seem to care about Drive-T only I was about 4-5 min waiting to get service and when finaly a beard guy asked me if I was already helped (he saw me when I came in) he told me I could either wait a minute or order in the screens that they have infront of the trash cans. Crunchy tacos supreme did NOT have any tomatoes, they need to be trained in customer service big time."

"I asked and paid for extra cheese, didn’t get extra cheese. They were empty! Y’all just opened and already messing up! The lady that gave the food to the window lady looked angry! Plus their lemonade tastes like it has chlorine in it"
